Red Raven

Raven was suppose to go to another co-owner home but because of medical problems with the co-owner she had to stay with me a bit longer than expected and I became so attached I'm keeping her. She's like a big mac truck in size but very gentle in attitude. Beautiful dead grass color when I wanted a sedge!!!! O'well can't be too picky on color, personality is more important. She sure is a sweetie. But because of all the other puppies here, she's had to become one of the big dogs all too soon. Looking forward to the day when she goes outside and doesn't have to have an entire bath to come inside. Raven's done plenty of growing in the last two years. She now has both majors toward her championship and her junior hunter title, both earned the summer of 2012. She's a big bone girl, everyone always comments on how big she looks. I've grown very attached to this girl working with her. She has the drive and desire to please and is always happy. She travels well, enjoys new adventures and loves to learn. But she's always the sweet nature, goofy puppy at heart. Raven earned her senior hunter title in the fall of 2014. Raven had 7 puppies April 20, 2015 there were 3 boys and 4 girls with "Tigger", CH Safe Harbor Treasure Lake Geo MH** using frozen sperm. While Raven was waiting for her coat to grow back in she decided to try dock diving. Not only did she have a blast she acquired her AKC Dock Master title on August 2, 2015. Raven completed her Championship title on November 21, 2015. Raven was invited to the National Dock Diving Finals in Orlando Florida on December 12, 2015 because she finished 8th in the country in the senior division. Raven finished 11th out of the 64 dogs competing in the senior division at the dock diving nationals. Too bad there are only ribbons to tenth place. She missed 10th place by only 2 inches, she jumped 19' 10". That's my big bone girl. She had a litter with Yukon and I kept puppy River. Then we went to play hunt test with Molly Boland and finished her Master title in June of 2018. Now she is just the happiest bed dog you could find. She rules the house with sweetness.

Raven finished the title for her UKC Hunting Retriever title twice, once in 2017 but proof of a leg was lost and again on May 29th, 2021 at 10.5 years old.
